Every jewellery concierge experience begins with a private 30-45 minute consultation by phone, virtual Google Meet, or in person. 

Here’s what happens:

1. We talk about the person you’re buying for

I ask the questions most people never think to ask: 

  • Who is the gift for?

  • What’s the occasion? 

  • What does she typically wear? 

  • What’s important to her? 

  • What are your worries or fears about choosing the gift? 

This helps me understand the meaning behind the gift… not just the item.

2. I define the “tone” of the gift

Once I understand her style and your intention, I outline a clear direction. 

For example: 

“It sounds like something elegant, timeless, and personal would be perfect. Likely in white gold to complement what she already owns. I’d focus on classic earrings with a meaningful detail.”

This step brings clarity instantly. Most clients feel relieved at this point. 

3. I send a custom quote for my services

Pricing depends on the level of support you want. Whether you need sourcing, presentation, coordination, or full concierge service.

4. Once booked, I curate the perfect options

I typically present 2-3 highly curated pieces from jewellers and designers I trust. Options can be shared through: 

  • A beautifully formatted PDF

  • A virtual shopping appointment (FaceTime in-store with me)

  • An in-person appointment together

5. You choose. I handle the rest.

Depending on the service level, I can take care of: 

  • Purchase coordination

  • Quality assurance

  • Appraisal or insurance assistance

  • Styling guidance
